2.1 Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung unseres Onlineshops und unserer Leistungen erforderlich ist oder Sie eingewilligt haben.

2.2 Rechtsgrundlagen sind insbesondere Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung), lit. b (Vertragserfüllung und vorvertragliche Maßnahmen), lit. c (rechtliche Verpflichtung, zum Beispiel steuerliche Aufbewahrung) und lit. f (berechtigtes Interesse).

3. Hosting und Bereitstellung des Onlineshops

3.1 Unser Onlineshop wird auf der Plattform von Shopify betrieben. Anbieter ist die Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2. Etage, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Irland.

3.2 Shopify verarbeitet die über den Shop anfallenden Daten in unserem Auftrag (Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO). Der Hosting-Standort für die Daten ist die Europäische Union. Soweit eine Verarbeitung in einem Drittland erfolgt, geschieht dies auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien (Angemessenheitsbeschluss oder Standardvertragsklauseln).

3.3 Beim Aufruf des Shops werden technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten verarbeitet (zum Beispiel IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, abgerufene Seite, Browsertyp). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (sicherer und stabiler Betrieb).

4. Cookies und Einwilligungsverwaltung

4.1 Wir verwenden Cookies und ähnliche Technologien. Technisch notwendige Cookies dienen dem Betrieb des Shops (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG).

4.2 Cookies und Technologien, die nicht technisch notwendig sind, insbesondere für Analyse und Werbung, setzen wir nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung ein (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG).

5. Bestellung und Vertragsabwicklung

5.2 Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Soweit steuer- und handelsrechtliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen, verarbeiten wir die Daten auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

6. Kundenkonto

6.1 Sie können ein Kundenkonto anlegen. Die dabei angegebenen Daten verarbeiten wir zur Verwaltung des Kontos und Ihrer Bestellungen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

6.2 Sie können Ihr Kundenkonto jederzeit löschen lassen.

7. Zahlungsabwicklung

7.1 Im Bestellprozess stehen verschiedene Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung. Je nach gewählter Zahlungsart geben wir die erforderlichen Zahlungsdaten an den jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleister weiter. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (sichere Zahlungsabwicklung).

7.2 Zahlungsdienstleister sind insbesondere:

8. Auslieferung der digitalen Produkte

8.1 Die gekauften digitalen Produkte werden über die Download-Funktion von Shopify bereitgestellt. Die hierfür erforderlichen Daten verarbeiten wir auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

9. Newsletter

9.1 Mit Ihrer Einwilligung senden wir Ihnen einen Newsletter an die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

9.2 Für die Anmeldung verwenden wir das Double-Opt-In-Verfahren. Nach Ihrer Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit der Bitte, die Anmeldung zu bestätigen.

9.3 Die Newsletter-Anmeldung und der Versand erfolgen innerhalb der Shopify-Plattform.

9.4 Sie können den Newsletter jederzeit abbestellen, zum Beispiel über den Abmeldelink in jeder Newsletter-E-Mail.

10. Webanalyse und Werbung

Die folgenden Dienste setzen wir ausschließlich mit Ihrer Einwilligung ein (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Die zugehörigen Cookies und Technologien werden erst nach Ihrer Zustimmung über das Consent-Banner geladen. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.

10.1 Google Analytics
Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Google Analytics verwendet Cookies, die eine Analyse Ihrer Nutzung des Shops ermöglichen. Die IP-Adresse wird gekürzt verarbeitet. 10.2 Google Ads
Zur Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung unserer Werbung nutzen wir Google Ads mit Conversion-Tracking und Remarketing. Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Limited. Dabei werden Cookies eingesetzt, um die Wirksamkeit von Anzeigen zu messen und Ihnen interessenbezogene Werbung anzuzeigen.

10.3 Meta-Pixel
Anbieter ist die Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Irland. Das Meta-Pixel ermöglicht die Messung von Conversions, die Bildung von Zielgruppen (Custom Audiences) und das Ausspielen interessenbezogener Werbung auf den Plattformen von Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Eine Übermittlung von Daten an die Meta Platforms, Inc. in den USA kann erfolgen, auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework sowie ergänzend auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln.

10.4 TikTok-Pixel
Anbieter ist die TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Irland, gemeinsam verantwortlich mit der TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited. Das TikTok-Pixel ermöglicht die Messung von Conversions, die Bildung von Zielgruppen und das Ausspielen interessenbezogener Werbung auf der Plattform TikTok. Eine Übermittlung von Daten in Drittländer, insbesondere in die USA, kann erfolgen und erfolgt auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

11. Empfänger und Drittlandübermittlung

11.1 Eine Übermittlung Ihrer Daten an Dritte erfolgt nur im beschriebenen Umfang und auf der jeweils genannten Rechtsgrundlage.

11.2 Soweit Daten in ein Drittland, insbesondere die USA, übermittelt werden, erfolgt dies auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) oder geeigneter Garantien (Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO).

12. Speicherdauer

12.1 Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie es für die jeweiligen Zwecke erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen bestehen. Danach werden die Daten gelöscht.

13. Ihre Rechte

13.1 Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) sowie auf Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO).

13.2 Eine erteilte Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.

13.3 Widerspruchsrecht: Soweit wir Daten auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) verarbeiten, können Sie aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit Widerspruch einlegen.

13.4 Sie haben das Recht, sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Für uns zuständig ist das Bayerische Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

14.1 We use TLS encryption (SSL) to secure data transmission in our shop.

15.1 We adapt this privacy policy if data processing changes. The current version published in the shop applies.
